Another year, another Retro.

Here we are, after one more year, making a retrospective, aren’t we? Hell yeah I am!

We, as Humans, need to retrospect more in general, we are so focused on what is next and so little in looking back on what happened and learning from it. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want anybody dwelling too much in the past either, since is also one of the main obstacles of our evolution. We just need to find an equilibrium between:

Having a vision for Ourselves.

&

Learning from what already happened.

Now that’s out of the way, let’s get to it!

This year was packed with change and new experiences. Although, the beginning and end of the year weren’t the best, I learnt so much about myself and how, even though I am a grown adult, I am still learning about myself and how I deal (or not) with certain situations. Surprise! All the self-help books I read and age are not enough, the only thing which will help is Action. We must act for Change, we cannot just wait for it to happen, we cannot wait for someone else to do it for us. We are the One capable of changing. If everyone was aware of this simple thing, our lives would be much easier. But hey, I am here babbling about it, so more people can know about it, and I will keep doing it (Even if it’s once a year).

2018 will be a great year!

Because new experiences will come, and I will keep learning new things, I will keep realising things which I already knew but was too afraid or blinded by social constructs to even acknowledge them.

Ad summam: Life will keep its course

With this new year, I hope to give back to the Universe, by teaching, sharing my experiences and views, since We truly learn when we are teaching. It is funny because we are so used to see our teachers as these knowledge powerhouses, and we forget, they are as Human as us. They fail, they feel and they learn. Being a teacher is realising the simple fact:

We know nothing

(No, we don’t have to be called Jon Snow to know nothing)

And we are here to experience Life and learn, and the greatest joy we can have is to share a piece of our experience and hope that it will resonate with others and help them.

We are all connected, never forget that, we are just parts of the Universe experiencing the Universe.

There you go, my retrospective/vision for the next year. I should write more, and share more, look out for Stream of Consciousness those are fun! And It helps me to process and learn! Thank you so much for reading!
